The Terroir
ROSE GOLD is crafted from vineyards located just 50 miles Northwest of Saint Tropez, near the towns of Cuers, Pierrefeu and Puget-Ville. The vines are rooted in soils consisting predominantly of red clay and limestone. The limestone contributes to the wine’s fresh acidity, while the red clay helps to develop the wines minerality. The grapes are naturally low yielding allowing for intense and concentrated flavor to develop. This region is also heavily influenced by the cooling maritime winds from the sea, while the heat from the afternoon sun helps to encourage a very ripe fruit character. The resulting wine is filled with bright aromas and rich flavor.

Tasting Notes
Appearance
Delicate, pale pink
Nose
Delicate and pleasant aromas of peach, raspberry, and fresh cherry with hints of wet stone.
Palate
The palate is rich and smooth with a surprising roundness for a dry wine. Flavors of stone fruit and dried apricot are pulled through to the finish by a crisp yet finespun acidity.
Casey Barber
“ Juicy on the palate, excellent weight and persistence. Dry, medium acidity, very good balance. Bright red fruit and dried earth in the flavors, bright aftertaste.”
